Maiden Michigan is part of D&H Finish Carpentry, a business that I started in 1989 that has given me extensive exposure to challenging, custom woodworking projects. I have experience renovating older Chris Craft wooden boats and building new, traditional wooden boats.
I received the Port Huron Squadron Commander Award in the Port Huron Blue Water Antique & Classic Boat Show (2016). In August, 2015, I won recognition for my Maiden Michigan III at the Boats on the Boardwalk event in Traverse City for building the "Best Contemporary Small Craft," an honor given by the Antique and Classic Boat Society. I'm truly pleased with these 2 honors.
If you have a boat project that you have been considering, I can help you accomplish your dreams.
Above are several of my recent projects.
